Our company is Fantastic Property Management, and we provide marketing and management services for owners of short-let and holiday rental properties in London.

We have been working with Queens Drive Laundry for a few months now and the entire experience has been an absolute delight.

The original stock delivery came in a matter of 1-2 days, which is absolutely fantastic service. Most companies that I spoke to were talking about 3-4 weeks! The Stock is high quality, and the cleaning & pressing of the stock has been seamless and completed to a high standard.

Colin and his team are highly professional, very friendly, and most importantly 100%  focused around the customer’s needs. They have gone above-and-beyond on several occasions since working together, providing extra stock at very short notice when needed with no arguments or problems. In addition, there were one or two situations where a very fast turnaround was needed. Again, no problems, they were more than happy to roll their sleeves up and get the job done, which has been a huge help to our business.

Prior to finding Queens Drive Laundry I contacted a number of laundry companies, and I was incredibly disappointed. I found that most of them did not understand the needs of a small business. They just didn’t seem to care! Some of the negotiations were simple painful, very time consuming, poor customer service and some ridiculous terms. With Queens Drive there was none of this.

I am so happy that we discovered Queens Drive Laundry and I look forward to working with them for many years to come. I would have absolutely no hesitation of recommending them!
